You have the right to have us completely delete any personal data we hold about you (GDPR, Article 17). You don't need to give a reason, and it's free.
What we actually store: the only thing Shield404 links to an identifiable person is the email or phone watch (if you turned on the "has my data been leaked?" alert). Everything else on the site — analysed links, reports, the Red List — isn't linked to you in any way: it's stored with an anonymous fingerprint that not even we can trace back to your identity. That's why deleting your watch is the same as deleting 100% of your personal data on Shield404.
Enter the email or phone number you set up for watching. We'll send a link to that same address to confirm the deletion — that way no one can delete another person's data in your name.
Then we don't hold any identifiable data of yours — there's nothing to delete. If you still have questions about something specific, write to us at contacto@shield404.com and we'll confirm it personally.
If your email appears as the "holder" of a family member's watch (the person who set it up, not the one being watched), and you want that association removed too, write directly to contacto@shield404.com stating both emails: we'll sort it out personally.
